Some FAQs about the series

What level of music training should I be at to join the series?
All intermediate and advanced level learners who have learned at least 2 Chowka-kaala krtis. It is a series geared towards those who want to improve their skills and master the nuances.
Please note, a short sample audio may be requested after registration.
Can only vocalists apply?
No, it is open to both vocal and instrumental students. 
Who will be teaching the course?
You will have the guidance of our expert Acharyanet faculty who are sought-after performers and teachers with many years of experience.
You will additionally also be part of a WhatsApp group where you can interact with faculty to clarify doubts and also connect with your peers to complete assignments.

What Krtis will be covered in Part 3 of the series?
We will be covering the following 3 songs for Part 2 theme on Lakshmi:

-Hiranmayeem - Lalita - Muttuswamy Dikshitar - Roopakam
- Mahalakshmi - Shankarabharanam - Papanasham Shivan - Mishra Chapu
- Varalakshmeem bhajare - Sowrashtram - Muttusvamy Dikshitar - Adi
What will be the theme for Part 2 and Part 3 of the series (Courses set for the months of March and April)?
Part 2 in March will cover songs on Krishna. Part 3 in February will cover songs on Lakshmi. The list of Krtis for Part 3 will be announced a week prior to the start of the series.
What will be the dates and timing of the sessions for Part 2 and Part 3 of the series?
The sessions continue to be conducted every Saturday at 8.30 PM IST.

Part 2 | Dates in March 2022 - 5th, 13th, 19th and 26th
Part 3 | Dates in April 2022 - 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd
