Cancellation & Refund Policy for acharyanet.com

At Acharyanet, we strive to provide high-quality learning resources and services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which users may request cancellations or refunds.


1. Digital Courses & Subscriptions

  • Once a course, subscription, or digital content is purchased and access is granted, it is considered delivered.

  • As digital content is non-returnable, no refunds will be issued after access has been provided.

  • If you face technical issues preventing access to content, please contact our support team. We will either resolve the issue or, if unresolved, offer a suitable remedy (such as extended access or a credit).


2. Workshops, Webinars & Live Sessions

  • Cancellations by Participants:

    • Requests made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or transfer to another session.

    • Requests made within 72 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund, though we may allow rescheduling at our discretion.

  • Cancellations by Acharyanet:

    • If we cancel or reschedule a session, participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to another program of equal value.


3. Subscription Renewals

  • Subscriptions are billed on a [monthly/yearly] basis.

  • To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

  • Refunds will not be issued for partial months or unused portions of a subscription.


4. Duplicate / Incorrect Payments

If you are charged multiple times due to a technical error, bank issue, or payment gateway failure, we will initiate a full refund for the duplicate transaction(s) upon verification.

  • Your full name

  • Order number / transaction ID

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for request

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.


6. Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be provided for:

    • Change of mind after purchase of digital courses

    • Partially used subscriptions

    • Missed live sessions without prior cancellation


7. Updates to this Policy

We may revise this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised “Effective Date.”
